Now accepting Thanksgiving kolache orders

Kolach, kolache, or kolackey all refer to a semi-sweet desert originating in Central Europe. The slightly sweet bread encircling fruit came to the United States through Czech immigrants during the mid-1800s and has since become a staple gift for many families.

Classic Bakery has been making it’s kolache from scratch the same way for nearly 4 decades: hot out of the oven every day without the use of coloring, additives, or preservatives. Unlike most of our other items, kolache ships well and leftovers freeze/thaw beautifully.

We are now accepting orders for the holidays. Kolache flavors include nut, poppy, prune (lutvar), or apricot.

Hours and pickup information:

  • Orders must be placed three days in advance.
  • We are encouraging our customers to call ahead to place orders by calling us at 330-726-1729
  • We are offering to ship kolache anywhere in the United States.
